Product Recommendation: AVENE THERMAL WATER

*Note.. Please excuse the messy layout but I could not get the text spacing right on this and grew so frustrated that I finally threw up my hands in frustration and decided to just post the information 'as is.'   It's the message that's important. Let me know what you think of product, if you decide to try it. I had to remove much of the technical information but if you would like to know more, go to the following links:

AVENE THERMAL SPRAY...
MY LITTLE MIRACLE IN A SPRAY BOTTLE
YES,THIS is the product that I’ve been using as part of my skin care regime for several years and would characterize it as my ‘small miracle.'
Menopausal Hot Flashes?
Spritz your face with AVENE
Okay, It's water. But not just any water.  This water is Thermal  & Pure.  It’s PH is perfectly balanced at 7.5 which is the ideal chemistry for good health.  We DO NOT want our bodies too acidic as this can lead to diseases and/or our skin to age prematurely.  WHAT?  That's right.  An imbalance of Acidity causes inflammation which effects the appearance of your skin. I know my skin is definitely effected when I eat anything refined and white, like sugar and processed, white bread, which you can't always avoid in certain situations.  But, when I eat properly, and drink lots and lots of filtered water, and exercise (WHO said that?) my skin looks much brighter and clear.

"A 40-year journey in the Cevennes Mountain allows the water in Avène to acquire the perfectly balanced mineral composition and become gradually enriched with the trace elements and silicates."

Unique Composition To Restore Skin’s Natural Balance..  Avene is a thermal, spring water that is packaged on site, never seeing the light of day, directly into sterile units.  It's the perfect solution for sensitive skin.  It is composed of silicate and trace elements that have been illustrated in hundreds of scientific studies.  It soothes, softens and restore skin’s natural pH balance. It's been used since 1743 in the Hydrotherapy Centre to treat serious dermatological conditions  such as atopic dermatitis, psoriasis and excema. And, because it comes with a perfect, pH 7.5 alkaline, the water does not sting or burn skin.

THE LAST WORD..
I highly recommend Avene.  I keep the largest size in my bathroom for my daily, skin care routine.  I even carry a purse size with me at all times.  Though I rarely have to use it anymore for those debilitating, 'hot flashes'  thanks to my 'life-saving,' bio-identical, hormone replacement cream.
But, I do love it when I get to spritz complete strangers. For example, when I'm in line-ups at the grocery store or maybe the theatre.  Hey, I know a good, hot flash when I see one.  I approach these strangers with my little spray can held high and announce without embarrassment..
"I can help you! This is a little miracle in my hand and I can dissolve that hot flash in an instant."
"What?" They ask incredulously.
"Yes, that's right. Trust me and just close your eyes." I respond and wait while they consider my words, and then...
"Psssssssssssssttttttttttttttt..."
"OMG!  What is that miracle in a spray can?" They exclaim, grabbing my hand that holds their little miracle.
Your laughing, but I really do this.  I just love seeing the instant relief on my victims  their faces - for many reasons.  Anyway, I really wish I'd thought to buy some stock in Avene.
It's really THAT good. So, try it and let me know what you think.  Oh, and don't shake the can before spritzing yourself ..  I'm not exactly sure why but I was told by the cosmetician in Shoppers Drug Mart (where I buy mine) that it somehow disturbs the minerals or something like that - that make it so effective.   She also said that because of its purity and anti-bacterial and anti-fungal qualities, she's often sprayed it right onto the back of her throat when she felt a cold coming.

Try it for yourself and let me know what you think.  Oh, and I tried the competition; eg; Avian and Vichy and believe me they are not the same. I noticed the difference right away and couldn't wait to switch back each time.
